With over 400+ brand clients, including Covergirl, Fenty, and Fever-Tree, their platform uses smart matchmaking, fulfillment tech, and guaranteed content delivery to drive real results.
They recently raised $5M in seed funding and are on track toward a Series A. Their team is distributed and fully remote, operating in a dynamic, product-led environment with a strong focus on client success and innovation.
About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Statusphere’s high-performing team. This person will act as a strategic partner to brand clients, driving adoption, retention, and growth by helping them get the most out of the platform.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of influencer marketing, client strategy, and data-driven growth. In Q1, the CS team hit 146% of their booked expansion quota — now they’re looking for another top performer to join the ride.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow relationships with mid-market brand clients
Guide clients through onboarding, adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities
Provide strategic marketing insights and recommendations to maximize platform value
Track campaign progress, ensure smooth execution, and proactively remove blockers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Become a subject matter expert on influencer marketing and social commerce
Help build scalable CS processes and client education materials
Who We’re Looking For
3–5+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success, account management, or consulting
2–3+ years working in influencer marketing, social media, or digital advertising
Experience with mid-market or enterprise-level consumer brands
A proactive, strategic thinker with strong business acumen
Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and expansion revenue
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including with senior stakeholders
Comfortable managing a book of business and navigating fast-paced environments
Naturally curious, data-driven, and passionate about marketing innovation

Working Hours & Setup
This is a fully remote contract role. Some overlap with US business hours is required (typically 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. EET for EU-based candidates). Statusphere operates as a collaborative, async-friendly team, but responsiveness during working hours is key.
