Are you curious, hands-on, and excited about how AI is changing the way we build SEO and content strategies? Statusphere is looking for a bold and driven AI-Powered SEO & Content Strategist to own and elevate their organic content engine.

This is a high-impact, execution-first role with a focus on leveraging AI tools to create, optimize, and scale content that ranks and converts — for real. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the brand’s content motion during a key moment of growth, building on Statusphere’s momentum as a leader in micro-influencer marketing.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the SEO and content strategy — drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

• Use GenAI tools to scale production and streamline content workflows.

• Optimize existing content and create new blog posts, landing pages, and gated resources.

• Conduct content audits, keyword research, and site health checks.

• Track and report content performance using GA4, Search Console, and HubSpot.

• Define lead quality, analyze the full-funnel impact of organic efforts, and share strategic insights.

• Collaborate with sales, CS, and marketing teams to align on messaging and goals.

• Own the content calendar and manage editorial workflows.

• Stay ahead of SEO trends and evolving AI use cases — and apply them.

✅ You Might Be a Fit If You Have...

• 2–3+ years in B2B SaaS SEO or content strategy.

• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including audits and on-page optimization.

• Hands-on experience or deep curiosity around AI tools (e.g., Jasper, Surfer, Content at Scale).

• Proven results growing organic traffic and lead conversion.

• Excellent skills in GA4, Search Console, and HubSpot.

• Bonus: UX/CRO knowledge, reporting dashboards, heatmapping tools.

• A growth mindset, a bias for action, and a collaborative personality.
