We are seeking a CEO to lead and drive the growth of a dynamic organization focused on developing the Ukrainian tech ecosystem. This organization unites startups, scaleups, and investors, aiming to foster collaboration and innovation, while increasing investments in the tech sector.

This role is ideal for a leader with a strong background in strategic management, who is ready to build effective systems and organize internal processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Lead the creation and implementation of short- and long-term strategies for scaling the company and supporting tech startups.
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including startups, investors, government representatives, and international partners, to align their goals with the company’s mission.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage and optimize internal processes to ensure the effective operation of all departments, helping to maintain the company’s growth even in a fast-changing environment.
• Investment Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase investments in Ukrainian tech startups and scaleups, and present potential projects to investors.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a strong, cohesive team dedicated to achieving shared goals, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a CEO or COO position within the tech sector, with a deep understanding of business processes and the Ukrainian startup landscape.
• Proven experience in crafting and executing business strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
• Strong skills in building relationships with stakeholders and securing investments.
• A track record of leading teams, managing resources, and navigating complex organizational challenges.
• High proficiency in English (B2 or above) for managing international partnerships and negotiations.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams toward achieving ambitious goals.
• Strategic and forward-thinking, capable of making informed decisions in uncertain conditions.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership, with a strong sense of accountability for results.
