We are seeking a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive demand generation strategies in a B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience targeting mid-market consumer brands (annual revenues $20M-$100M+) and consistently delivering measurable results.
This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. They should excel at managing the entire lead generation process—from strategy development and campaign execution to performance tracking and optimization. The ideal candidate is also passionate about testing and experimentation, constantly exploring new growth opportunities while refining existing approaches to maximize impact. Resilience, adaptability, and a results-focused mindset are key to success in this role.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, targeting consumer brands with dedicated marketing teams.
- Proven ability to manage demand generation strategies for mid-market brands in beauty, CPG, or retail.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, automation, and custom reporting.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social platforms.
- Certifications in 3+ paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic exchanges).
Core Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of lead scoring, MQL-to-SQL optimization, and campaign ROI tracking.
- Skilled in running multi-channel campaigns and integrating various tactics like sponsorships and events.
- Experience in testing and optimizing marketing channels to discover new growth opportunities.
Startup Experience:
- Proven ability to thrive in early-stage startups, adapting to rapid changes and working independently to build processes from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and implement lead generation strategies targeting mid-market consumer brands to drive pipeline growth and conversion rates.
- Campaign Management: Own multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, sponsorships, events, and social media, ensuring measurable results and ROI.
- Testing and Optimization: Innovate and test new growth channels, optimizing current strategies to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and overall pipeline efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and content marketing teams to align efforts, refine lead scoring, and enhance handoffs.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use data to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and report results to leadership.
- Tool Management: Leverage HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other martech tools to build, execute, and optimize campaigns.
