What You’ll Do
As a Product Manager at Poolday, you will:

• Take features from concept (50%) to execution (100%) in a hands-on manner.
• Conduct user research and customer interviews to identify pain points and needs.
• Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and product documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and roadmap prioritization.
• Drive UX improvements and ensure technical feasibility with the engineering team.
• Communicate product updates effectively across teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS product management, especially with technical products.
• Experience managing products through the entire lifecycle: from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Skilled in product discovery, validation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Background in startups or mid-sized companies is a strong plus.
• Have been a founder or co-founder is a strong plus.
• Experience with distributed engineering teams is highly valued.
• A technical background (e.g., former software engineer) is a bonus.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially in remote and asynchronous environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Flexibility to collaborate across time zones (CET + partial overlap with PT).
